In
addition, National Geographic divers have demonstrated
skills and completed underwater tasks that broaden
your awareness while scuba diving. Higher buoyancy
skill mastery than required of a newly certified PADI
Open Water Diver fine tunes your ability to interact
appropriately with aquatic creatures and underwater
structures. Excellent buoyancy control is also a foundation
skill for specialty diving activities such as underwater
Photography and Videography.
Practicing
information-gathering techniques and heightening navigations
skills further increases your ability to explore and
take critical note of each dive site you choose to
visit.
Your
enhanced knowledge and skill level makes your and
other National Geographic Divers true stewards and
ambassadors for the underwater world. It's also the
first step on your journey to the coveted Master Scuba
Diver rating!
ADDITIONAL

If you are already a Open Water Diver you can
