Welcome to the world of underwater motorcycling!!
We at Scuba Fusion Dive Center look forward to helping you get trained as a PADI DPV Diver.
The class is designed to make it as easy as possible to effectively learn the basic skills necessary associated with diving with a DPV, including ascents, descents, buddy procedures, battery failures, and entry/exit. This specialty counts towards your Master Scuba Diver rating! Stop by or call for more details, or to get into the next class!

Training Fees
The PADI DPV Diver Specialty total training fee for a group class is
$125.00. The fees are broken down as follows:

$ 25.00 - Store Registration Fee (nonrefundable, nontransferable)
$100.00 - Instructors Fee/Certification Fee

When you sign up for the class, the Store Registration Fee will be collected. The Instructor will collect the Instructor Fee/Certification Fee (cash/check only) during the first night of class. Class size is limited, so early registration is recommended!

Course Prerequisites
In order register in the DPV Diver course, you must first already be a PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent), and you must be at least 12 years old.

Class Schedule
The DPV Diver Class has one class session, one pool session, and one ocean session (usually on a Saturday), consisting of two dives.

What you will need to buy
For the first night, you will need the PADI Adventures in Diving Crewpak. you will need to complete the Knowledge Review on the DPV chapter prior to class. Before your
ocean dives, you will need your own personal snorkeling gear (which includes masks,
snorkel, fins).

What you may rent
You may rent the rest of your scuba diving equipment from Scuba Fusion Dive Center.
This includes your DPV, wetsuit or drysuit, hood, regulator, weight belt, buoyancy control device (BCD), and tanks.

Medical Concerns or Questions: If you are currently under the care of a Medical Doctor, or have a preexisting condition that requires permission from a Physician, you will need to have a Medical Release before any in-water activities. PADI Medical Release Form.
