(BLSPRO) Provider! This course will give you the skills
necessary to how to provide the circle of care necessary
to monitor a victim while waiting for EMS. If

What
is the DAN BLSPRO program?
The remote nature of dive accidents, whether a few hours
from shore or days from civilization, frequently requires
more advanced levels of care than are offered by traditional
or entry-level CPR programs. DAN Instructors and Instructor
Trainers will now be able to offer a healthcare provider-level
basic life support program for their student and divers.
Called Basic Life Support for Dive Professionals (BLSPRO),
this program is ideal for dive professionals and divers
interested in understanding professional-level resuscitation
techniques. This program is designed to be applicable to
the diving market, including scenes and scenarios from dive
situations, as well as the non-diving/healthcare market.
Coupled with DAN’s existing Training Programs and the Advanced
Oxygen First Aid program, DAN Instructors are now able to
offer a complete diving emergency program. This program
also addresses basic life support skills for adults, children
and infants.
Training
Fees
The DAN BLSPRO course total training fee for a group
class is $125.00. The fees are broken down as follows:
$ 35.00
- Store Registration Fee (nonrefundable, nontransferable)
$ 90.00 - Instructors Fee/Certification Fee (cash/check
only)
When
you sign up for the class, the Store Registration Fee will
be collected. The Instructor will collect the Instructor
Fee/Certification Fee (cash/check only) at the beginning
of the class session. Class size is limited, so early registration
is recommended!

The DAN BLSPRO Course is a one day course. This
class is designed for both divers and non-divers, so bring
a friend!
What

Prior to the first class you will need the DAN BLSPRO
Student Kit. In addition, a pocket mask is required.
