This course will give you the skills necessary to how to provide the circle of care necessary to monitor a victim while waiting for EMS. What is the DAN AED for Scuba Divers Provider program?
This course represents entry-level training designed to educate the general diving (and qualified non-diving) public to better recognize the warning signs of Sudden Cardiac Arrest and administer first aid using Basic Life Support techniques and Automated External Defibrillators while activating the local emergency medical services, (EMS) and / or arranging for evacuation to the nearest appropriate medical facility.

Training Fees
The DAN AED for Scuba Divers Provider course total training fee for a group class is $70.00. The fees are broken down as follows:

$ 20.00 - Store Registration Fee (nonrefundable, nontransferable)
$ 50.00 - Instructors Fee/Certification Fee (cash/check only)

When you sign up for the class, the Store Registration Fee will be collected. The Instructor will collect the Instructor Fee/Certification Fee (cash/check only) at the beginning of the class session. Class size is limited, so early registration is recommended!

As a benefit to PADI divers working towards their Master Scuba Diver rating, you may addtionally opt to receive the PADI AED for Scuba Divers Provider Specialty for an additional $25.

Class Schedule
The DAN AED for Scuba Divers Provider Course is a 1/2 day or evening course. This class is designed for both divers and non-divers, so bring a friend!

What you will need to buy
Prior to the first class you will need DAN AED for Scuba Divers manual. In addition, a pocket mask is required.
