to the world of Advanced Nitrox!!
We at Scuba Fusion Dive Center look forward to helping you
get trained as a TDI Advanced Nitrox Diver. This
course examines the use of EAN 21 through 100% (oxygen)
for optimal mixes to a depth of 130fsw/40msw. The object
of this course is to train divers in the benefits, hazards
and proper procedures for utilizing EAN 21 through 100%
(oxygen) for dives not requiring staged decompression. (Decompression
techniques may be combined with this course at the discretion
of the instructor).

Training
Fees
The TDI Advanced Nitrox Specialty total training fee for
a group class is $500.00. The fees are broken down in order
to provide many training options to our customers. The fees
are broken down as follows:
$ 50.00
- Store Registration Fee (nonrefundable, nontransferable)
$450.00 - Instructors Fee/Certification Fee
When
you sign up for the class, the Store Registration Fee will
be collected. The Instructor will collect the Instructor
Fee/Certification Fee (cash/check only) during the first
night of class. Class size is limited, so early registration
is recommended!
Course
Prerequisites
In order register in the Advanced Nitrox course, you must:

at least 15 years old |

TDI or PADI Nitrox (or Equivilent) |

have
a minimum of 25 logged dives in Monterey (or simliar
environment) |
Class
Schedule
The Advanced Nitrox Class has two evening class sessions
and two ocean sessions (usually over a single weekend),
consisting of a total of four dives.
What
you will need to buy
For the first night, you will need the TDI Advanced Nitrox
manual. You will also need a redundant air source unit (pony
bottle) 13cf or larger.
What
you may rent
You may rent the rest of your scuba diving equipment from
Scuba Fusion Dive Center. This includes your drysuit/wetsuit,
hood, regulator, weight belt, buoyancy control device (BCD),
and tanks.
Medical
Concerns or Questions: If you are currently under
the care of a Medical Doctor, or have a preexisting condition
that requires permission from a Physician, you will need
to have a Medical Release before any in-water activities.
